Shawn brings a wealth of experience from some of the most esteemed establishments in the industry. His career highlights include bartending at Danny Meyer’s Maialino in Manhattan, leading Popina in Brooklyn, and serving as Bar Manager at Chickadee in Boston’s Seaport.
His perfect afternoon at Black Lamb is the raw bar for one & a bottle of bubbles on the patio. When he’s not at the restaurant, Shawn can often be found running through the city, at one of the areas great music venues, or at a dive bar with a crispy, cold pilsner.
