Devon’s journey began at A-House in Provincetown, one of the oldest queer bars in America, before moving to Boston where they honed their craft at the industry hotspot Moonshine 152. It was there that Devon’s love for food, drink, and hospitality truly ignited.

Their experience at Yellowdoor Taqueria deepened their skills in craft cocktails, setting the stage for a transformative period during the pandemic. It was this challenging time that solidified Devon’s commitment to the restaurant industry, eventually leading them to Black Lamb.

Devon thrives in creating memorable experiences, with a particular fondness for raw bar action—nothing beats oysters and crudo paired with a slightly dirty gin martini. They cherish the opportunity to host parties, especially during the festive holiday season, where their love of hospitality and celebration shines through.
